    Dear Carol,

The message for seniors to get moderate or light exercise is so important.  Television "hypnosis" keeps a lot of seniors glued to a chair in front of a TV.  Regular walking, walking with a walker, or doing physical therapy exercises makes such a difference.  People come out of the "TV trance" and sleep better at night too.
