    Thanks so much for your post Carol.  It is so important for people to keep themselves educated when it comes to healthy living.  More and more we see things that are good for one area of our bodies turn out to be great for another area.  Keeping our diet and exercise and lifestyle in balance is so important.

     

    I for one am excited about the Mediterranean Diet.  I love this kind of food and if it is going to keep me healthier - than all the better.
