Wow Carol - this is a great review.  I look forward to finding this book soon.  I was so struck by your description of living your own life and that you are still alive.  Our expert Leah just wrote about this very thing in her recent post "Turning Bad into Good" from the perspective of one suffering from dementia.  Check it out.

    All the best, Sue

I follow all of your writings....you are a big help to me as a caregiver. Thank you so much for another great find...this book...I loved the following message..."Live your dreams, no matter how many detours you encounter"...and part of that dream is to be a good caregiver...but it shouldn't be your whole focus.

You save me (and many others I'm sure) a lot of time....I can review your site and you have already found the good stuff, ..an "uplift fix" for the day if you will.

    Thank You Carol!
