I never was a fish lover, but by virtue of eating kosher food manage to stay away from a lot of animal fats.  The one thing I do concentrate on, though, is working out at the gym and playing tennis--in fact I'm on my way to the tennis court in a few minutes.  I've also found that the exercise (as reported in many articles) helps against the depression that seems to come hand in hand with caring for the elderly.  So let's keep doing all we can to fight it!

I agree. We need to do what we can. I don't have a great appetite. Never have. I know I don't eat enough fish, and I've eaten far too many sweets - with saturated fats. So, I do take fish oil (pure) supplements. I try to exercise, but need to do more.

Let's take care of ourselves the best we can. Even then, there is no guarantee. But we can know we did what we knew to do.
