Well, it's the New Year, so it's time I say it again. I need to start getting some aerobic exercise. My son has made good use of our basement bicycle, but I pass it by, albeit with a twinge of guilt. Too hard to adjust. No time. I do my yoga. My weight is not a problem. Blah, blah, blah. I know that ...

    Thank you Carol

I have been trying to get some exercise as Leah suggested by bowling with my wii. I have had to put that on hold for now. The Hopspice team has just reevaluated Ray and he is now going into organ failure. He is still home at my request. They can do nothing for him medically other then keep him as pain free as possible. I want to say a miracle will happen but I know the miracle will be God releasing him from his pain and taking him to Heaven. Please pray for that and my strength to get through this.

Thank you for everything. I will not be leaving this web site. I may not be on here much for a little while but right now all of your encouragement is giving me strength to go through this and I thank you. I will let everyone know how things are as I can.

Thank you all please pray for us. Connie

You are in my thoughts and prayers, Connie. Yes, Ray will be released from his suffering and you'll feel his pain-free presence with you when he is released. That will help you heal. You'll never forget, but you will be able to start taking care of yourself as he would want you to do.

    Blessings,

    Carol
