Hi as you all know I have been on here about three months. This disease has been consuming my life. With out this site I would not be able to continue on or have the strength I gain from all the wonderful people here to get through this. Being a senior citizen it just occured to me in everyting I have read and believe me if it has to do with being diabled or this disease I have read just about everything to try to learn about it to help me be a better gare giver. It occurred to me how much this site had helped but I found it by accident, it is not listed in any of the magazines, news letters. I am on a mission I am writing letters like crazy. I am asking our local paper to run a story about my husband and about this site and how much it has helped me. I am Contacting AARP and the Disabled american veterans and the VA to do something to help this site get out there. So many are suffering from this horrid disease and their care givers are struggling. Some of us like me can't leave and go to Alzheimers meetings so this site is our life line to other people that are in the same situation we are in. I will not stop until I get the word out. This is National Alzheimers awareness month what better time to get this site out there so everyone that needs this help can get it with out having to do what I did and accidentially find it on my computer. Please if you have any suggestions write me. Battling in Texas for Pr for this site. Connie
