One of the biggest challenges in the life of a caregiver is finding comfort and peace, inspiration, guidance and strength.

Spiritual beliefs and seeing life from an eternal perspective can provide comfort when the days are a struggle.

When a caregiver experiences loss of a loved one this is one of the most difficult and painful challenges a person can face.

There is a saying "Love Is Eternal."

Seeing life from a spiritual perspective means seeing it from the viewpoint of eternal life.

When a caregiver loses a dearly loved one, a parent, spouse, child or friend, it is a painful experience like no other.  The spiritual thoughts "Life is Eternal," and "Love is Eternal" can be a comfort in those times.

Your love for the one who is gone, and his or her love for you, goes on for eternity, just as life is eternal.
