Once again, my friend, you give your wonderful support!  Thank you!  It's so good to have someone who can "hear" what I am saying and not dismiss me, as though my words are not important.  I have that trouble with my own siblings...but that's a story for another time...

Thank you again, Carol, and may God bless you!

Great hearing from you, Angie.  And thank you for your kind words.  I am so very happy to have an outlet for my words, to share my journey, and maybe help others along the way.

God bless you!

Are you aware of the exciting improvements in dementia that are being found when patients take ketone esters, or medium chain triglyceride oil?  MCT oil is a nutritious oil that readily provides ketones after digestion.  A number of people have been able to get their dementia under control.

That's interesting.  I will look into it and also ask my neurologist.  I am scheduled to have a brain eeg next week so, hopefully, I can him then.  Thank you for commenting.

For ketone esters, the research is at Oxford University by Dr. Kieran Clarke. She is head of its Cardiac Metabolism Research Group.

Others have tried coconut oil which contains MCT oil and anecdotally have reported major improvements.  See this youtube video for information on both Dr. Clarke's research and the anecdotal evidence: youtube: v=ZZOR-Qd3QSg

All the best.
