The Wii has remained untouched since we got it, waiting for the company to send us a new receiver. We finally got it today and the game works well! My husband wants me to tell you that the hookup of the Wii console and receiver is not hard; on a scale of 1-10, with ten being the hardest, ...

Thank you Leah,
I admire you so much. Most people in your situation would be having huge pity parties and you do not. You make us want to get up and get moving in a time when it would be so easy just to go to bed and pull the covers over our heads and hide from the world and all the problem.
Your post are not only insprationial but informative. I can hardly wait to ge a Wii now. I love to bowl but with my body in the shape it is in that is impossible for me. I as you know am the primary care giver for my husband but also having some major medical issues I am having a very difficult time figuring out how to get some exercise. I can't exercise traditionally because of the osteoporisis and arthritis. I do plan on getting a wii if for no other reason to exercise my body and mind. I definately don't think I'll go for the are your smarter then a fifth grader except for the fact that they could teach me. I know they are smarter. It's amazing the things they are teaching kids so early. My favorite will be the bowling and I have heard they have a fishing game another of my favorite past times I can no longer do. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Keep going you are amazing.
Thank you. Connie
