Getting our of ourselves

Leah, as always, you offer so much insight. With or without dementia, we all do better when we do things for others, or do an activity that takes us out of ourselves. We can all find a reason to wallow in self pity if we try hard enough. And then there is you, with vascular dementia (truly something so wish you didn't have) and you are helping all of us by telling us to get moving. You are a wonder, Leah, and you are still a fantastic teacher.
