    Ah, Leah, for those of us who believe as you do, prayer can help so much. There are many forms of spirituality, but turning over the worries of life to a power greater than ourselves gives great comfort to many.

     

    Another issue - Lavender has long been known to be relaxing and Chamomille tea is something I used to drink and you reminded me. I need to do that again. Thanks so much for your (as always) valuable post.
