I'm not clear on what experiement you talking about. If it is valid and real, we should have it in our news section. You will be able to see articles from all sources - science journals, newspapers, research studies and more.

As well, you could contact one of the many organizations who help patients, caregivers and loved ones suppport and assistance. You can find information in our Alzheimer's Web Resources area. They may have something specific for you on this new develeopment.

Finally, though your question in not answered here, you may find some good information in our Alzheimer's Treatment and Quality of life Imporovements section.

There are clinical trials. You may need to find out where these things are. e.g, the hospitals or the university hospitals... It is a slow process. You just have to careful that your grandfather is not being misguided in the triial. It does not promise anything. Besides, it is up to your grandfather if he wants to go through this clinical trial.
