You know how your parents or inlaw took alot of pitures. And then they would put them on slides. Well my mother inlaw did. I thought I was bad about of taken pictures all the time. She has me beat. What I did I take her picture scan them on my conputer then make a dvd movie of them and add musice! The first time mother inlaw seen it she just was all allie and allie. I would tell her owe look it is you and your husband and kids. And brother and sisters. It was prices to see the look on her face.
She dont like the ones of what she looks like now. But the ones with her growning up and when she was married to her second husband.And her mom and dad. She loved it so much!!!!!!!!
They make a digtal converter for your slides.You scan slides on your conputer. It is great to see picture you havent seen for long time. Or never seen.
It was helpful for me and my mother inlaw. In her last stages as of now it helps you too.

how cool that you took the time to do that with all of her old pictures. I can just imagine the smile. I was thinking of what a friend did for her mom as I read you post and thought maybe we all could do the same, They have picture frames now that are about 4"x6" that you upload pictures on and it too is a slide sow that cont. to flip pictures on it's own. someting you could place on any table for her to watch!

Good to know that help you. Ive seen the picture frames that is neat too.
If you go through her picture make sure they have the names on back who they are.
I cant stress that enough.
Hope you are having a good day. You know it might sound silly but you will miss those crazy days when they go in their last stages and they dont talk are walk anymore.
It is very hard but you take every little smile and touch you can get.
I know when I went to see my mother inlaw the other day. It was good one. She grab my hand and hold on it,that is special and I will always remember.
Them days or few. But that okay because I know her body is tired. And it takes so much out of her to do small things we take for grant.
So when I get a pat on back or holding my hand I treasure it. None of us think what they are going through sometimes. They are the ones or hurting and not understand why. Well better go for now write any time.
