I am about to return to the UK after a two week 'explore' in South Carolina.
It was like finding Alladin's cave for information and personal help about alzheimers and dementia.
Thank you SC !
I am eager to share my UK 'treasures' and will be back soon !

Glad you found us, Treavor. Look up Louise Morse and Alzheimer's in the Internet. She's got a new book out in the UK on Alzheimer's (I'm a contributor). The book won't be in the US until later in the summer.
Meanwhile, keep coming back to OurAlzheimer's. We are here for you.
Carol
Dear Carol,
Thank you for your reply and please accept my apologies for this long delay in replying.
I am not an internet communicator of great enthusiasm but I support it 100%
My current experience with our alzheimers clients is motivating me to establish a stragegy for our company which will qualify our staff (60+) to assist with the management of clients with the condition and especially the relatives.
I will be attending Penny Gardners accreditation course starting in May.
Christ has been with me, with my conscious knowledge, for the past 60 years. (I am 72).
There has to be an elegant procedure waiting for us to manage this human condition. I am eager to develop one thru the SPECAL programme.
Hi Treavor,
I wrote a chapter for a new Alzheimer's book that just came out in the UK - the book is by Louise Morse. She mentions SPECAL often, in the book. I compare their work with our Pioneer Network (www.pioneernetwork.org.).
I love the way you look at life. Keep working toward making life better for those with Alzheimer's.
Carol
