Coping with Memory Loss

At a Glance

Coping with memory loss can be frustrating for the person with Alzheimer's as well as their family and friends. Writing in a diary, having a reminder board, alarms and other devices can help trigger your memory, and it's important to keep up with brain teasers, puzzles and games.
