I have have been having problems with pain issues

My Doctor just put me on Moraphine and I dont know if I am supposed to get immmediate relif but I have tried taking just 1 pill and this did not do anything ton stop the pain My concern is that I am going ton run out of the medication as I will have to use 2 pills at a time 15 Mg each I do not want tpo abuse them but the only way t5hat I am...
