How do we get mom to accept moving to assisted living? Mom was diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's about 2 years ago.

Mom currently lives in her own home, but does have a caregiver with her during the day. She also has other medical issues that limit her (spinal stenosis, a serious hyatial (spelling) hernia). She has progressed during this time, with significant changes within the past 8 months. She has a very…
