You'd need a doctor's opinion on this, but I do know that the body eventually shuts down, organ by organ. It sort of "forgets" how to function. This likely affects the heart as well. Alzheimer's does end with death, but for some it's ten years and others it's twenty. Whether it causes something that is a confirmed "heart attack" I can't say, but maybe one of our medical people will chime in. Anyway, you'll want to check with a physician.   Take care, Carol
