Is namenda and exelon to be taken at the same time?
Hi Pam,
Yes, they are often used together. Some people do better on one or the other, with fewer side effects. But many people do well on both as they are different types of medication, though both are used for Alzheimer's disease.

Probably. It is common for two Alzheimer's drugs to be used together.
My Mom takes namenda and razadyne for her Alzheimers as well as Lexapro for depression and a couple of medicines to aid her sleep.
Basically, you will find that Alzheimer's patients need to find a peaceful state of mind .
