Alzheimer's

My husband has Alzheimer's disease, about stage 5. He still likes to drink Alcohol. I manage how much he drinks. He likes to drink Cognac straight however, I have been diluting it with water, half and half. But still even with that he drinks about 10 ozs per day of the diluted alcohol. My question...
