Hi   You must contact her doctor and report how she is behaving and how much she has deteriorated. Doctors rely on feedback to get medications correct for each patient.   He may have stopped her Namenda and Aricept because for most people with Alzheimer's it only works for a short time. I do not believe it is a Medicare issue, more a medical decision based on medication information.   Contact her doctor. I would be very interested to know what happens   Christine
