If you can't get him to a doctor, talk to the doctor about prescribing an antidepressant that will decrease his libido and may also help with the paranoia, he may have concurrent depression which is common in the earlier stages, and frequently overlooked Also the disinhibition is often associated with frontal lobe dementia
