Do you visit a caregiver's support group, do you know such groups? I'd like to join one. I have some questions to ask and some thoughts to share. Maybe there is one in Internet.

There are caregiver's forums online and support groups online. Quite a few, actually. A little research will lead you to one you like. I'd try out several and see what fits. Just type in "caregiver support" and "Alzheimer's support," and other search words and combinations.
Also, I'd call your local Alzheimer's organization - they almost always offer in-person support meetings.
Take care,
Carol
Hi, vividenewe,
You may want to call your local public radio station. At least in the area where I live, the public radio station "advertises" different happenings around the community. They often mention the Alzheimer's support group that meets in this area. Area nursing homes may also be able to point you in the correct direction. And there may be a community calendar listing such support groups in your local newspaper. You also may want to call them and check.
And obviously, we'd love to have you stay in involved in the HealthCentral community. Hopefully, we can help you work through what you're facing.
Take care and keep us posted!
Dorian
