Antioxidants are good for the whole body, heart and brain alike. Some studies have shown B12 to be helpful. Naturally, optimal levels of all of these vitamins make for a healthier body overall, and different studies have shown improvement in Alzheimer's risk and even some help when someone has symptoms. Other studies have not shown improvement. A physician should be consulted when using high doses of supplements.
