Q: is it a must if someone had mild to moderat alzheimer to reach the bad stage of alzheimer?

At this time there is no cure for Alzheimer's and it is a progressive disease. However, there are medications that can slow it down. Also, you may want to talk to a doctor about a study on Vitamin D and curcumin. Please read this article for more information:

Hi, Hassan,

 

I agree with Carol. Also, a person with Alzheimer's can have other health issues that may cause their death prior to reaching the later stages. For instance, my mother (who was in a late stage, but who also was still able to speak) had Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The COPD claimed her life before she lost all mental function.
