Q: Is there a validated connection between Agent Orange exposure and Alzheimer Demintia?

As a Vietnam Veteran, I already have had an Agent orange connected disability. However; having a clear statement of a connection between Agent orange exposure and Alzhiemer Dementia is not clearly spelled out.  Recently I have noted a rather rapid onset of forgetfulness compared to this time last year for instance.

Moches,   This link may provide some interesting information for you.  I hope that it answers your questions:  http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=newsarchive&sid=akNadJ1MilCw

The dementia appears to be Parkinson's Disease related, rather than Alzheimer's Disease.  If you have any Parkinson's Disease symptoms, you should get checked for it since you are experiencing memory loss.  Unfortunately, Agent Orange has caused a number of serious health issues for SE Asia veterans.

Thank you for your service to our country!  Best Wishes,  --  Joe  --
