I think you should check this with the doctor or nurse. Each person is different. If it is just one time overdose, it should be ok. It depends on the scheme of the medicaton. Please check with the doctors and don't guess the answers.

My father-in-law with late Alzheimer's could not take it because he would stop eating taking aricept. He is taking namenda and exelon now.
