The doc says my grandmother is in her last stages of alzheimers... My question is when I talk to he
This question got cut off, Sally Sue, so I'm just throwing out what I think you may be having trouble with. If she seems not to know you are talking to her or know who you are or what you are saying, talk anyway. Talk gently, in a soothing voice.
If you are visiting, talk of things that may click in her mind - especially anything you know about her childhood. Talk of pleasant things (her husband, parents, siblings that are long gone?).
Please feel free to ask the question again. I'm sorry if the software went awry while you were typing. Those things happen.
Take care,
Carol
