How can my mother of 91 w/alt. get only $10 mth for food. I private pay for caregivers.

My mother has altz.  I had a home with my first marriage that I let her live in for 20 years.  Now I have to pay for the taxes, ins., upkeep of house, buy her and the caregivers groceries, and I pay private for caregivers around the clock. I am retired at 68.  I can not take…
