Hi Rhonda   I am so sorry to hear you are having so many problems. The picture you give of your life means that it is difficult to give you one answer. I would like to suggest a number of things that may help.   First, I wonder if you are clinically depressed. Memory, concentration, coping skills are all adversely affected by depression. I think it would be helpful if you started by going to see your doctor to see what he/she thinks. It may be that you could be helped by medication or it could be that he/she may suggest local counseling and support services. You need to look after yourself so that you can then help others. I think it is very important you get some help.   The problems you identify cover a number of areas. Your son, the deaths of your parents, your loneliness, each could be approached by different support services. They are out there. You can get the help you need by approaching your local social services. Maybe join a local one parent group. Please though, start with your doctor.   Please get back to me and keep me posted with your progress   Christine
