i have a question i believe my aunt is taking my grandmothers money what do i do

my aunt has power of attorny over my grandmother since my uncle pasted away but my mother is still living and i believe my aunt is taking my grandmothers money i ask to see finanical documents to see were the money is going but she will not give them to me she sent me a certified letter telling me i had tell 5:00 pm on aug 5 to get all my grandmothers stuff out of her home because she has sold my the house can she do this please helpme and my mother dont know what to do her insurance and medicaid have paid for her care so wheres my grandmothers $1,700 amonth going my aunt says the house was signed over to her but wont let i see the deed what can i do please help use

You may want to talk to your attorney or the legal service to find out what you can do. But at first, you need to find out why she did it this way.  Mabye she is trying to make your grandmom qualified for medicaid - that is, take away her money for her so she can get medicaid but still use the money only for your grandmom.  (medicaid is for very poor people only.)

But if she is stealing the money, you surely should do something as the family's right.
