Hi Rose - Thanks for your post and so sorry for your worries.  This situation can be really frustrating and somewhat difficult to decipher.    The first thing you may want to do is check with the pharmacist to make sure there aren't any drug interactions happening that could be causing these anxious episodes.   You may also want to read about the different medications she is taking.   Finally, you will need support of your own.  Our caregiver center can helps those tkaing care of a loved one with alzheimer's disease or dementia.   All the best, sue
