From what I've been able to find out, the tracking bracelets are very different in price and effectiveness. Also, you have to have a monitoring center to work with. I'd check with your local law enforcement - maybe the sheriff's department - to see if they know of a center near you. You social services or human services department at your county offices may know, as well. Some counties out east have programs, but they are local. You can also check with your local Alzheimer's organization to see if you have anything local.   The Alzheimer's Association has a Safe Return program that involves tags and is national, but they are passive rather than active. They are more of an ID. It is a helpful program however. You can find out more by going online to the site at www.alz.org. Carol
