Dr. Edell on a recent program mentioned 6 things help keep dementia/alzheimers from fast progression

He mentioned reading, writing, discussions, crosswords, playing a musical instrument, or board games.  He said doing one of these, I think, once a week, kept dementia/alzheimer's away for 2 months.  Doing each one adds another 2 months.  I'd like to get the transcript so I have accurate information on this aid for keeping our minds strong and active.  How can I find it?

You'd have to go through the station that aired the show. They likely have a Web site, so just go to the station's Web site and inquire. They sound like good tips.
