Q: I'm having severe menopause sypmtoms that are controlling my life and no health insurance, where can you get help?

Many communities have free health clinics. I'd call either your social services office or even your local clinic and ask about free health services for uninsured people. Be persistent. If neither of these options works, go online to your state website and type in different search terms to see where free health services can be found in your state. Please keep trying.
