Q: My father is 68 yrs KNO case of insulin dependent type - 2 diabetese ...... (continued below )

...  with chronic renal failure (cerum creatinine - 1.8) had 2 episodes of spatial disorientation while travelling in car at night in known surroundings.

 

How should we go about for further management and treatment. There is no history of Alzheimer's disease. He has generalised ATHEROSCLEROSIS of cardiac and renal vessels.

My husband has been diagnosed with vasular dementia.  He rapidly is going down hill maybe has had some strokes.  Symtoms are like alzheimers.  What legally should I do while he can still sign his name.  We have a trust.
