Hi Tammy, You have made a wonderful observation and are counting one of the wonderful blessings of palliative care. You are getting the chance to spend time with her and to say goodbye. Death eventually comes to us all but if we have time with our families before we (or they) die, that is a gift. Blessings to you and my heartfelt condolences. Carol
