Sally,

If you still have problems with the head, you really need to check it out with a doctor. The doctor will tell you if it is OK to wait it out or that something has to be done. It is better to be safer than sorry. Since it has been 2 months you should have it checked out. There is no way to tell if it is a problem without checking it out.

It depends on the level of the injury. But something may happen in the brain and it would be quite dangerous. Serious brain injury could cause temporary dementia as well.

Take care,

NC

Hi, thanks for your response.

I went up to the docs this evening and my mind is now put at rest. He said I was still suffering effects of concussion and head is swollen. looked in my eye with torch and said no obvious swelling of the brain so just sit it out it could take weeks to settle. Will be glad when it does as had enough of having headaches now!!

cheers, sally

Sally, I am glad the doctor said it is Ok. Sometime ago I fell and my knees are also bruised for a long time. As women grows older, the more dangerous for us  to fall! Need to watch out for bone density problem.
Take care,

Nina
