Has she been checked for depression? Constant fatigue could be a sign of depression. However, a full physical sounds like a good idea. She may have a physical problem that is draining her.

I agree with Carol that a visit to your mom's doctor for a physical is in order. Is your mom on a sedative or other type of tranquilizing drug that may be the cause of her tiredness? Another possibility could be drug interactions if she is on multiple drugs for various health issues.
