What is happening?

I need an opinion, my mother went to sleep this afternoon and we can't get her to wake. She is in the nursing home and all vitals are okay, she has had a good day . laid down for a nap and now this. What could be the problem?

It could be medication or a mini-stroke or any number of things. I'd have her checked over by a doctor and see if her meds are a problem. Obviously, the nursing home checked her vitals, but if this is different for her, then she needs to be seen by her doctor.
