3 family memebers diagnosed at the same time....
My grandmother was diagnosed at 80 and passed away in 2003 at 90. My father was diagnosed at 63 in 2001 but we think he was suffering as early as age 50. He passed away in 2006 a month before turning 68. My mother's father was diagnosed in 2004 and is still doing moderatly well today at age 83. I'm about to turn 41 and I'm a bit scared for... Only Children Vs. Sharing Decisions With Siblings – Which is Easier?
I would think the one good thing about being an only child is you look for help early in the game and don't try to take too much on yourself.
