adrenal adenomas

I care take for my 90 year old grandmother in law. Last month she was diagnosed with adrenal adenomas. I want to know if this complicates having alzheimers. This is very new to me. Problems of a caregiver

As a care giver I have been amazed at what is involved in caring for someone with alzheimers. My aunt (by marriage) is who I have taken over the care of. She is 83 years old. I'm I all alone in being all alone
