How do I take care of my mom when she fights me?

I've been my moms caregiver since 2004. I have a aid for 6 hours a week and one day she goes to a daycare. My hubby and son help too. So I'm blessed to have the help. What is my gripe my brother is her power of attorney and I don't pay on any of the normal bills but I do get the goceries and satilite tv,internet.
