Another understaffed, sad, situation.

Dad fell and broke his hip Christmas night. To make a long story short...it was frustrating both in the hospital and rehabilitation, with the lack of knowledge that the staff in both facilities were equipped with in regards to Dementia. This is harder than anything else I've dealt with.

My husband and I have been caring for his aunt for over a year now. comment on "Whites fare worst with Alzheimer's disease"

Who wants to survive longer with Alzheimer's? Put me in front of a train, drop me off the bridge - please. Studies like this a a waist of resources that should be directed at prevention and/or cures.
