can the government send help to my aging parents?
my mom is 71 and she is the caregiver for my dad who is 74 and diagnosed with alzheimers.. my dad falls every once in a while and mom needs help..she need relief sometimes so she can shop for groceries and have some sanity .. i work full time and can only so much ...help

Tension--and Necessary Pull
I was riding my bike this morning and needed to go down to a lower gear in order to climb a hill. Only my bike wouldn't oblige.
