An experimental medication that mimics good cholesterol's effects
in the body has shown mixed results in new clinical trials. The new
med (CSL-111) did not significantly reduce plaque buildup in acute
coronary syndrome patients' arteries. But patients taking the
medication did show improvement in their blood vessels.
