A group working on osteoporosis research in Kansas has just received $150,000 to pursue its investigation of bone health and how to grow new bones. While not a huge amount, I believe this type of support to OsteoGeneX can do a lot in the long run to help those with osteoporosis and osteopenia, along with a number of other bone diseases. Hopefully the money will be well spent!
