Physical frailty could predict Alzheimer's

A new study has revealed that physical frailty may double your risk for the brain changes associated with Alzheimer's disease. Researchers studied the brains of 165 people who had been measured yearly for signs of frailty such as grip strength, walking pace, tiredness, and body mass index.
