Vitamin found in meat, milk, may ward off memory loss

Researchers at the University of Oxford have found that vitamin B-12 may help protect against memory loss in old age. The study, which looked at 107 healthy volunteers over a five year period, found that those with the highest levels of B-12 were six times less likely to experience the type of brain shrinkage linked to dementia than those with below-average levels.
