Alzheimer's experts outraged at "duty to die" comment

Alzheimer's advocates and patients are expressing outrage at a comment made by British philosopher Baroness Mary Helen Warnock. Warnock said that patients with dementia were wasting their families lives, and she claimed that patients were unfairly taxing the National Health Service. The Alzheimer's Association, the Assisted Living Federation of America, and many other health experts have issued statements that call Warnock's statement "ethically repugnant."
